# Over-The-Counter Service

We’ve implemented an OTC option through our Official Discord Channel that may be utilized by submitting a ticket through the Service section in our Discord server. We provide this option as a service to our Whale Community that chooses to act responsibly and ethically while participating in DeFi.

To encourage ethical activity and as a Thank-You for utilizing the OTC option, the Sell Tax will always be lower than the market Sell Tax when going through our team. The OTC tax/fee does vary based on the size of the order and market conditions. A minimum threshold of $2,500 USD is required when entering or exiting Project X using our OTC method. \

We provide two OTC options:

**Method 1: OTC Swap**

1\. We will match you with an individual looking to execute an equal and opposite order.

2\. Project X chauffeurs the OTC trade via the Team Wallet for both parties. This is public information available to be viewed at any time on the block explorer.

3\. Entrant and Exit will send the agreed upon fee/tax and corresponding order to the Team Wallet, and after confirmation from both parties, the curating team member will distribute the respective funds to each participant.

Note: We do not charge a fee for Method 1.

**Method 2: Team Swap**

We, the team, will assist with an Entrant or Exit via our Team Wallets.
